Growler Push Pull Sled Most of you realize by now the effectiveness of pushing or pulling a sled for general conditioning training. Now a push/pull sled has become substantially more affordable.
After numerous customer requests, we have developed our interpretation of a triangular push/pull sled. It looks and behaves like the other triangular sleds but there are some critical differences: the low horizontal handles and the ski's bolt on. We do this for a few reasons.
First, the ski's are easy to replace, no hole drilling required.
Second, if the low handles are not installed, the sled has a much greater chance of fitting in the trunk of you car.
Third, and most importantly, it allows our unit to ship via UPS in two boxes. This is important because it saves you a ton of cash and the inconvenience of having to waste a day waiting for a freight delivery.
