Mail all returns for a refund to APT Pro Gear, 19 Baron Park Rd, Unit 103, Fredericksburg, VA 22405

INCLUDE in your return package your Order ID # or copy of your receipt

Indicate in the return exactly what you want refunded, be sure those products are returned

Refunds are processed once a week in batches & refunded to your original Credit Card or PayPal

All refunds are for unused products (It is APT's discretion on what unused is with your return)

- INCLUDE in your return package your Order ID # or copy of your receipt
- Indicate in the return for an exchange exactly what you want to exchange and the size

**If we messed up your shipped order, we'll pay the new shipping back to you
**If you have to return a wrongly shipped product, we will pay the product shipping back to us & shipping back to you
**If you ordered the wrong product, don't like what you ordered or ordered the wrong size, we will only refund you the product price.

If your order is returned to us due to an Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping address, as submitted, you will be refunded for the order minus the shipping fee. You will recieve an email to the email address you submitted with your order to inform you.
